@Banjo88 You hit the nail on the head. They have stopped short of the Permian. One reason could be rig capacity.

This was a surprise though, and the company responsibly stopped the hole and is moving on to other areas. They will need time to mull over the findings of the current drill hole and tie it in to seismic, and reset the "rangefinder" for this area. Don't be surprised if we come back here in 12 months with a drill capable of drilling to 1000m. In the meantime, theres heaps of low hanging fruit elsewhere and the co is being smart and chasing these up. Give me more of those cheap shares!!
