Hi jip123,. I have seen many of your posts on IMU threads. If you want to buy shares which will be in profit immediately, best of looking for "breakout" patterns. I would have thought EXR would have held the gains as well yesterday, but I think as the announcement became more digested there were flaws appearing. Plus end of year window dressing is having effect as well, imo.
