Am also getting the vibe that within the next week or two EXR could be on the up. Could be completely wrong but feeling better about the way things are looking than in June for e.g. At least I believe the downwards pressure is no more (dropping below 20c etc) And this would work out well with gino70's charts which he made a fair while back and others comments recently.
