I thought they said they would start with the Pilot in the middle of this year - I don't think they said they'd start drilling in the middle of this year. They are starting in the middle of the year, with the civil works first (the water basin, etc.).
That'st he problem with a forum - people say things and expect things and then those expectations become reality in their mind.
