They are in talks but the word "align" in the statement below highlights that they obviously do not agree.
"Discussions will continue in regard to the proposed flow test in order to align the parties on technical matters"
I would say Origin is delaying because they do not agree on the proposed path forward as against any great plan to take over the entire company. Buru is already cheap if Origin actually wanted it.
