When I was concerned something like this/a delay was on the cards, I would have never imagined it would be about the seismic. Figured it much more likely disagreement would occur around the use of a CTU as opposed to a rig. That said, maybe that's another of the "issues"... "Discussions will continue in regard to the proposed flow test in order to align the parties on technical matters."
