possibly a pump so Regal can distribute at a slightly higher price, who knows when they entered, we only know that they popped above 5% which we all know comes with its own set of disclosures. I see them dropping below 5% and then the skullduggey begins I'd imagine.
breakout on the upper BB, lets see what happens over the next few days,
some spoof bid - bookends in play too;
possibly a pump so Regal can distribute at a slightly higher...
