Hey Seaforth and everyone,

Just looking at the timelines for NS2. As per the Jan/April Q's, seems there has been some 'slippage' on the Beta Testing, originally scheduled for first Half '23. See below, the June Q pushed Beta Release out to October/Q2 FY24.

I haven't asked the question of the company, but given the way Beta's go, bug fixes, improvements/updates from trial customer feedback etc., it would be reasonable to assume the Commercial Release of NS2 will be at least 'sometime' in Q1 CY24/Q3 FY24 - if not later? - end of Q3 FY 24 being March....as per Aug Update. (See Below)

The good news? With the Aug Update stating pilot trials are on track to commence with three existing customers, it seems they are more or less ready to go.

So yeah, not making excuses on behalf, it's definitely taking longer than first thought, but I can't find anything that states full commercial release in October this year. I guess with something as important as a potentially company-defining strategic cloud software release, they want/need to get it right.

Here's the Timeline:


2022 AGM Presentation: Slide 24 has NS2 positioned sometime between 2023 - 2024, but no definite date given.

Jan Q: The Company is currently finalising a growing list of beta partners in multiple sectors to participate in beta testing which is due to commence in the first half of 2023.

Apr Q: Development and optimisation of the Group’s cloud-based technology platform (referred to as “NS2”) continued during the March quarter with the commercialisation strategy well underway. The Company is currently working on finalising an ever-growing list of trial partners in multiple sectors to participate in beta testing due to commence mid-year.

June Operations Update: “Continued “NS2” Cloud Application development. NS2” Cloud Application - Beta Release October 2023

July Q: The planned pre-release pilot of “NS2” remains on track for Q2 FY24, which will open new revenue streams for the Company and provide customers with a rapidly scalable unified communications platform.

Aug Update: “NS2” unified communications platform on track for pilot trials with three existing customers from October 31, 2023, followed by production release scheduled for the end of Q3 FY2024.
