    maybe his plan is to run it to the ground and team up with his buddies Gangus & Shafer who are convertible note holders and creditors of the company
    they will sit first in line I assume if this thing goes belly up to have a crack at swooping it up

    PG and Linda Shields sail off into the sunset and his 2 mates who he issued the con notes find it's second life?
