For all his tough talk, war stories, supposed leadership, the I will not flinch from hard decisions - no matter who that relates to etc etc our Chair has proved to be very very timid and easily led
I would suggest immediate clean out of Paul and Linda - install Ross Mck - and see if the patient can be resuscitated
