they had every opportunity to restructure and finalise the refinance between 24th November and 24th March - 4 months to go back to whoever previously provided terms to gauge appetite.
They didn’t and here we sit today - why would they need to restructure debt level they knew at a minimum O2 was needed before 31 May 24.
