What do you imagine they've been doing in that time? Just because you can't see an outcome doesn't mean that work hasn't been/isn't being done. You think that with Phil's background he's just going to forget that he needs finances in order by a certain point? You're kidding yourself.
You're living in your own reality. How many multi million dollar refinancing situations have you personally been involved in? I can tell you now that even basic stuff can take forever if the counterparty has delays. Nobody would be signing off on anything until VEN is funded and then you've still got to go through the layers before settling. That's not even taking into account the fact that they do not yet need the refinancing. The only clock is for paying the O2 suppliers.
