Mitch my comment was more around they were not starting from scratch - back in March 23 when the $5M Gl1/KBC package was announced they made the following statements 'several offers being received ..... surely the process to refinance which started 8 months later should of been streamlined by going back to those who had previously made offers ...
Drilling is planned to commence shortly .... MEL will need to pay their way not sure if waiting for a refinance is going to meet current timeline Ven have proposed ......
