not so keen on a prepayment type facility unless the high level mechanics can be sold to shareholders (presumably Odin-q cashflow would not be covered by prepayment facility) - re vali we are essentially in the dark around the arrangement and impact on cashflow.
will be interesting to see how that quarterly lets hope some costs in VENs quarterly were outside of the combined JVs assets.
