IMO VEN's lack of funding was a major block to the development of Odin 2 and 3? Having that resolved, as painful as it is for VEN, is a positive for MEL. The JV was at a stalemate until VEN got funding.
I realize it still means MEL is looking for new debt or equity but the story gets easier to tell if the major partner is now funded.
