@boysy1 why would you drill O3 if O2 is a failure? If O2 is a success then CR on the back of that at a better SP for O3. The JV has not agreed on or committed to O3 yet.
Just because VEN have decided to dilute the shit out of existing SH's with a CR that is excessive in both the amount and purpose doesnt mean MEL needs to go down the same path.
