Ven is raising sufficient cash to drill both, management will need a fall back if O2 isnt a goer
I suspect MEL has even fewer options to pay its share due to KBC doing what it has and now VEN choosing to raise capital from shareholders i expect debt options are slipping away.
the reality is MEL need the money in the next couple of weeks they may not have sufficient time to get debt and meet various conditions precedent - why would VEN raise cash if debt was truly a viable option ......
