this hasn’t been adequately explained but MELs AGL liability had only been reduced a couple of hundred k from $5m funding provided at last look … even if they (AGL) received 100% of revenue from vali at current production assuming no further decline 1.5mmcfd (call it 1.2mmcfd exc inserts @$8 would take ~5 years to repay the GSA …..
