CAI has now 2 production plants, one in production and another which can be also be brought in production once the current plant is running smoothly at full production. The current production issues are being resolved and IMO in 2024 CAI will reach full production of over 100,000 pa and by the end of next year most of the debt will be paid.
It also holds vast areas of highly prospective exploration areas including the recently acquired areas.
With a strong gold price in 2024, IMO CAI at $100 million market cap is exceptional value, the rerate has begun.

Well said. It will be very few who will be able to get into a position to stand up a mine in the next few years even with the rising Gold Price.
