It's been interesting to see the way people behave on here since 2020. Many still deluded and pumping any news and overly defensive of challenge to their unwavering belief thay EXR will be a resounding success.

It's been a dud for me, i have averaged down from mid thirties into the teens and will be happy for a good result in QLD to re-pump this lifestyle stock and exit ahead for the 4 years spent waiting.

certainly is a good oppertunitu now for those who like a gamble to buy but while your at it don't also buy into the overly positive sentiment and crap that EXR is a sure bet. The same cheerleaders got it wrong when Nomgon was a dud. Many have dug a hole on the basis that averaging down will make them even more money. It's called chasing your losses and belongs at the casinos IMO.
