if you think Nomgon is a dud then that's on you. I think elixir went too hard too fast on it but it's far from dead. You're just salty your investment hasn't turned a quick dollar yet. The market and global economies were an entirely different beast 3 years ago. To say the sp is a direct correlation to EXR's progress is delusional and willfully ignorant
