I would suggest buying right now !! and taking out those sell orders from 3-4c
their neighbor is putting together an offer which will be in the 10-12c range for starters followed by competitive tension in the area for an oil producer with that sort of output.
and keep in mind totally derisked when an independent report valued their assets at 20/21c share.
