Much too early to say it is a cup & Handle, but the recent price action has closed the gap from 29/7/16 & is likely to keep stepping higher from here IMO
Daily chart: Nice increase in volume recently. We should observe a pause in PA around 1.8 cents - who knows if this pattern will form?
