Wassa, regarding your uncertainty of the completion of the FPSO, it was reported on June 28 2017 in the Singapore newspaper, The Business Times,

"........ Keppel Shipyard will carry out repair work for the life extension and conversion of an oil tanker, MTC Ledang, into an FPSO, for new customer MTC Engineering Sdn Bhd. Upon its completion in Q3, 2017, the FPSO will be deployed to the Ophir Field, offshore Peninsular Malaysia."

Of course, Q3 is half over now. If the overall project is running ahead of time, so may the conversion also run ahead of time. Whatever, it's not long to go.
