imo, leave it alone, too risky.

Write up in the AFR this weekend, the "if" they dont get the sept finance fixed, is dark days.

you have to think of worse case scenario,

the NTA at 31c US, ok, so thats the book value now, and can hope propertie values dont slide any further.

So if there is a wind up, factor in what discount to book value the assets are sold, and given the current gearing, doesnt offer a lot of head room.
