Negatives Another w/down of 20% and we are down to zero equity Hopefully thats the last of the write downs? Can they keep the lenders at bay until asset values improve? Surely if push comes to shove they do a cap raise - what would shholders prefer - a liquidation or stump up more cash?
Positives Core earnings 7cpu NTA 38c versus SP 10c Even if the lenders pull the plug, surely shareholders will get the current SP back And the really big positive - look at the potential upside when asset values turn up again. Same goes for all the REITS
