Absolutely correct Pech. They must be buying and selling to themselves (with no net gain) because the volume is so low. To sell at .24 and then try to buy back in on the way down to .20 seems futile. Someone is accumulating and someone else is selling into the buying.
The US markets will rise belatedly tonight after the market has had time to learn of recent (OPMD) company developments. Quarterly tomorrow may surprise too.
