What does ‘project generator’ mean? A track record of instigating exploration projects? He’s certainly done that ~$80m of shareholder dollars sunk into a litany of uneconomic tenements over 15 years (so far!)
Tony’s great success though is lining up the next lot of schmoes to hand over shekels for each subsequent raise. Its a remarkable achievement considering not a single raise has been value accretive. Without exception, every CR participant lost significant value on their investment
I suspect this is a reason BOD values him so highly and is willing to sign off on his gratuitous remun. He presided over tremendous value destruction but keeps new money trickling in, which is ultimately all that’s needed to keep management fed and watered and the unproductive caper chugging along
