Whoever participated in the previous raises lost 15-90% of their invested capital, while the company burned through twice as much as cash as their current market cap. If you walked into the casino and feed your money to pokies, you'd basically get a better return than how OPT invested their capital based on their current market cap. Well done management and well done on all institutional investors, who shorted the stock in the past few years and bought it back via the CRs. You and the mangement sucessfully destroyed over $200m shareholder wealth along the journey.
