Interesting thread. Seems hard not to bias towards this being a positive announcements, albeit potentially dilutive in a technical sense. Is anyone aware of any precedent by other companies to develop ways to protect local shareholders rom that dilution, or is it more a case of what we get (funds raised, wider investor base etc) is greater than what is taken (Dilution)...?
