The money market is too tight to raise without dilution especially as the interest cuts are delayed further (even may increase again this year) , highly unlikely even though never say never.
I am surprised that with Lucentis off patent and their planned Lucentis replacement (Beovu) didn't go as per plan....That they haven't made a move?
Has there been any hint on any interest in the past regarding takeover?
