Agreed. It was clearly telegraphed a CR or partnership$ had to occur, but what was shocking was printing almost double the shares. Even the prospectus glossed over why so much money was need, $220M , why not $110M still can do hire a lot of people and buy a lot of services for $110M. Can even buy a house in Sydney.
As far as I am concerned shares will stay below the 40centCR - the Black and Scholes valuation of the OPTOB-2026 valuation until the retail CR is completed. Otherwise, it is easy money for retail. The close of 36.5cents looks about right. Low 30s or even late 20cents great buying IMHO. Retail probably worth keeping our power dry ATM.
