Here is the meat of the ann.
So, most was taken by existing holders (including Regal) and Regal did some book building phoned around and either sold off and kept the rest for future trading.
Will be interesting today's trading. My crystal ball is not predicting a mid 30s and a what I was hoping for and a clear buy signal.
