Good points. My take is that they are quite different addressable markets. The naive is patients being not treated have a worse baseline but usually have a higher response rate (the drugs look like they work better, and OPT combo seems to make it even more effective - to be proven!) whilst the pre treated and often heavily treated patients show less gain but are fighting just to maintain their level of vision. Adding OPT combo to the approach makes most sense because you can demonstrate improvement in anotherwise static or worsening population. For me this feels like the obvious deal for them to do.

That’s my take anyway! DYOR of course. I’m very long OPT!
