“How much vision [in terms of increase over standard of care] is important? While you can get statistical significance with just a couple of letters, I‘d like to see 4 or 5 letters of superiority to make the drug clinically significant.“

“I think we want to hear a line [= 5 letters] of VA. I think a line would mean something to a lot of docs. I think 2 or 3 letters would not mean so much to a lot of docs to subject patients to a whole bunch of more injections. But if we get 5 or 6 letters it would be a no-brainer like adoption. We should do this get our patients another line for treating naïve patients. But that‘s really what we want to see, that’s really where the rubber meets the road, is how big is the statistical significance going to be? If it’s 4 or 5 letters, then we have to think about it. If we see more than 5 letters, we really got this. 6 or 7 letters, we are like over the moon.“

“It is likely that probably both studies will release results together because they are ending enrollment close to the same time. So I would say in about 14 to 16 months [= July to September 2025] we would see topline results.“
