The TAM is quoted in billions (multiple) and I'd personally put the odds at 70% and add a few more considering the external validation of Carlyle's investment.

They'd have access to more information and better analysis than any of us could hope to have.

All of my money is speculative money so if I thought it was a :50:50 proposition, IMO; thered be plenty of smarter places to stick my money.

Regal have gone from ~73m shares to ~129m (last change in substantial holding notice)shares which would seem to be a vote of confidence certainly shows better than 50:50 belief in success!!
