Thanks as always for your input, it's always well received. Naturally, I hope my words on HC are read in a way that reflect my actual thinking on the subject.

Just to clarify, OPT had to had $ in their bank by or be out of money Q4 2024, so they needed to secure funding between May and August 2024. It was either going to be a partnership or a capital raise—that was my inevitability comment, something had to happen.

Yesterday, the stock dropped quite a bit more and I topped up below 50, with a larger order at an even lower price not being filled, so I wasn't expecting the capital raise to happen this week.

I agree with you about the 20% drop from the mid-60s to below 50—it certainly fails the pub test. Entities knew a CR was happening rather than a could happen.

Does anyone have access to paid analysts' reports? Have they been positioning clients to sell pending a capital raise?
