Actually it was 7 tears ago, and Lucentis still had good patent time and the market was considerably smaller. So IMO a deal for OPT302 would be worth considerably more.
There is quite a lot more to the Fovista story, and I am certain Megan is familiar with it and doesn't seem to want to fall into make the mistakes they made with the trials.
