In short , Bowdens Silver are continuing with their current application and will use Part 5 of the Environment and Planning Act as was previously intended. They will provide enough information for the department and then the IPC to be able to assess viability of the transmission line.
So we now have a much clearer understanding of how the application will proceed to re-determination.
