I tend to agree with your point 1.
I think most companies are using NPV8 But not 5 %.
Can you please run your numbers in 8 %.
For item 3. I am sure they have used the CAPeX when calculating their NPV values.
and I think your items 4 to 5 all have merit too.
I do think they need to go back and refine again. It really needs to be redone again. They do have lots of silver but they have to be better at extracting it.
