In regard to dilution, you have to be kidding mate! A lot of small caps would be very envious to have a resource the size that MGT has, be working towards commencement of mining and only have around 75.8M shares on issue. MGT could raise another $10M at a very conservative 50c/share and still have under 100M shares on issue.

Realistically MGT could easily be multiples of their current MC within a year or two. With a tight register this has huge benefits for shareholders. It takes patience though as a shareholder to reap those benefits and many will sell way too early because they expect every step to happen instantaneously!
