not really sure why you'd load up sell orders at prices 2-5 pips above the current and recent high trade price if you genuinely wanted them to get hit.

that is of course unless you wanted to eek out some supply, push it lower. or you expect it to bounce shortly and want to cash in. however a loaded sell side usually scares people to sell not to buy. so I think it's the former strategy.

for the record I think the exact same when the buy queue is loaded. generally it's to push the price for distribution.
