This is a positive announcement, certainly Tom is adding some real value and knowledge to HIO.
A lot of work going on in the background, it would appear that Stantec are reworking the entire process model.
The way I read this the final DFS will include this refined process, which will form the final BFS they require to get funding.
I emailed HIO a week ago and got a positive response, and was explained that the DFS is the precursor to it being the final BFS, and was given Tom’s number to ring if I wanted to, i haven’t and don’t need to am very confident that all is on track.
