It's catch 22, you aren't going to get the mine when the cost of capital is soo incredibly high. Either the HIO share price moon shots to 10 cents for no reason OR the RBA cuts rates to 1% , neither is in the offing, so HIO's $64 bn of magnetite Iron Ore may as well not exist . CLE is the closest example to what can happen , you can start to see the asset for the first time as the cost of capital improves (equity partner) , although I'm guessing CLE still needs much lower interest rates as well before that mine happens

MGT seems to have stopped printing shares for the moment (US fund hedging its notes ), but could resume at any moment. I see the MGT CFO who devised this debacle has left the company
