It has nothing to do with the amount of shares on offer but everything to do with who's holding the shares. BHP has nearly 3 billion on issue and it moves. It is really quite simple what is happening here and it is brokerages selling for the Clarke family. It's all off screen and they are just dumping in to the 2.1 level whenever there is a chance. Hopefully they have exhausted their supply before the DFS is out so the stock can actually climb. It is obvious that they never wanted to be holders of RNU stock but it was the best option at the time by our management.
