Can someone who understands the detail please correct me if i'm wrong, but doesn't the IRA exclude Chinese graphite given that they're on the foreign entity of concern list and only provide set window of time for battery manufacturers to source Chinese graphite i.e. isn't this designed to push the US, Korean and Japanese plants into the arms of producers such as RNU, SYA, etc. Hence, the progression of off-take discussions, etc i.e. they can't continue to buy cheap Chinese synthetic graphite?
