Given the fall from the 21-23 cent range to the 9s I think the market have slowly figured that out already.
Holders still in would be mostly in until the hoped for turn-around I'd guess. Looks like that will only come when the non-Chinese battery manufacturing chain is filled out though.
The cash backing here is half the market cap. Hopefully we don't drop too much further while we wait. We have ongoing expenses covered with income from cash at 4.5% so no more dilution in the short term.
