This all looks very good.
Depths quoted at 15 -30 feet ... 5m - 10m and gravel type terrain with a specific gravity of 1.5 would indicate it can just be scooped up with a JCB making mining costs and certainly sampling and drilling costs very cheap indeed.
Plus there is a shed full of assays already collected that just need assays.
Potential here for some decent newsflow in short order.
