In the neighbours DFS they have an MOU with DDG which is part of Aust Gas Infrastructure Group (AGIG). DDG will build, own and operate the pipeline, with TMT to pay an annual take or pay a tariff. This would mean it would be OPEX rather than CAPEX. Which would be easier to manage, lets see what happens.
