Agree that management is lacking but with the good decisions they are making at the moment, its seems like they are trying their best.
Everyone make mistakes but the changes they are doing to the DFS is to only improve the situation so i believe it is better to take longer now to have a better DFS.
Lets look at the pros and cons
Pros
- better understanding and value of the mine
- easier to partner or request for finance
Cons
- take longer
- SP gets effected (we are near the bottom so wont change too much)
- the additional time amounts to nothing
So i agree they are taking their time, but if i was in their position, i would have made the same decisions.
